Shipping:
Essencia Lingerie operates a SAFE, SECURE and DISCREET delivery service.
We process your orders instantly and ship it on the same day where possible, however, on certain products delivery can take up to 10-15 business days. We will notify you by email and you can track your order on our website when you login to your account. We charge a flat worldwide shipping rate of £2 for orders less than £49.99. Orders over £49.99, delivery is free.
All orders are shipped discreetly in plain wrappings. The only markings on the package are your address on the front. Your invoice will be inside the parcel. All our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
All goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money, including postage and packaging costs
Returns conditions:
1. Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels.
3. Goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc, are tried on over your own underwear. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging such as hosiery, that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable, please contact use if you are unsure.
All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges as defined on our delivery policy.
All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Essencia Lingerie within 3 days of the delivery date. All goods are supplied with a 90 day fault warranty (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund once outside of our 14 day satisfaction guarantee).
Essencia Lingerie can not be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.
